Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pet Dog Training Tracker software and client portal (the "Service"), operated by Taylor Kennels LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
The Service is software that helps professional dog training and boarding businesses manage dogs and programs, log training sessions, send progress updates, message clients, share documents, and collect payments. Features may change over time.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
- Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, or send messages to people who have not consented to receive them.
4. Payments
Online payments are processed by Stripe, subject to Stripe's terms. Businesses using the Service are responsible for their own pricing, invoices, taxes, and refunds with their customers. We are not a party to the transaction between a training business and its customers.
5. Text messaging (SMS)
By providing your mobile number and consenting at enrollment, you agree to receive account, training, appointment, invite-code, and payment-related text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content we provide, is owned by Taylor Kennels LLC and protected by law. You retain ownership of the data and content you submit; you grant us a limited license to use it as needed to operate and provide the Service to you.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taylor Kennels LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
